- To provide the leadership in managing the development and implementation process of IT products and services involving departmental and cross functional teams focused on the creation and delivery of new or existing products / services.
- Maintaining service uptime by interaction with cross functions in the zone.
- Fault resolution within committed SLA.
- Achieving MACD implementation within committed SLA.
- Communication of system upgrades and planned events to customers
- Coordination with O&M to minimize impact of planned events on customers.
- Escalation of recurring performance issues to FCS Head (or ICOU Head)
- Generating periodic MIS on uptime & SLA.
- BE/ B-Tech (Electronics & Communication)
- 4-6 yrs in Customer Services or Service Deliver in Telecom / ISP/ System Integrator / Broadband Operator
- Project Management and Leadership skills
- Previous experience in managing Service Management Organization. Experience in managing multiple direct reports in a highly technical environment.
- Detailed understanding of Telecom processes and troubleshooting workflows.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, Billing and other data collection and management applications in Telecom operators.
- Knowledge of Service management processes and frameworks (CoBIT, ITIL)
- Willingness to work occasional extended hours or weekend when necessary
- The experience and ability to to develop, deploy and manage effective technical processes and policies.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.

Transferable Iqama is a must for local expatriate candidates.
